Jennifer Stellmacher a resident of Oahu since 1967, joined Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties, King Street Branch, as a Realtor Associate, in January 2003. She was raised on the Windward side of the Island, graduated from Kailua High School, graduated business college in Honolulu in 1975, and has taken adult education classes covering topics of personal interest from architecture, to design, horticulture and journalism. Prior to real estate, Jennifer worked primarily as a legal assistant since 1976, with a focus on real property transactional litigation, conveyancing and cooperative to condominium conversion. Jennifer is married to commercial real estate appraiser Richard Stellmacher, has a son attending college, a 16-year old daughter, and enjoys working with her hands whether for restoration of the family's 1914 Manoa home, playing the piano, gardening, or sewing.
